Our mission is to empower every voice regardless of accent through education along with promoting evidence-based accent inclusive policies and procedures that support and enable the empowerment of authentic voices at all levels and in all forms of organisational communication and eliminate accent discrimination in communication systems and technologies.
Our goal is to eradicate accents focused biases, stereotypes, labelling and discrimination and promote acceptance and inclusivity by influencing positive behavioural changes among team members, through education and by providing the empirical evidence that is necessary for driving change. This will enable organisations to be truly representative of all sections of society and customers, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best.
